Job Summary
As a core member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. Your expertise will be key in delivering data-driven solutions that empower informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement robust data models using Power BI Desktop, following best practices.
- DAX Development: Create efficient and accurate DAX measures and calculations to meet diverse business requirements.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, visually compelling, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance the scalability and performance of Power BI solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data, calculations, and visualizations.
- Report Maintenance: Continuously improve and update existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and dataflows.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, DAX, and Power Query for data transformation.
- Solid SQL skills, including working with query modes and live connections.
- Proven ability to create impactful data visualizations for clear communication of insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Custom Application Development: Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to address business challenges effectively.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming complex data into meaningful insights.
- Dataverse Management: Configure and manage Dataverse data models, integrate diverse data sources, and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide robust and scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party services using pre-built connectors and custom APIs.
- Optimization and Maintenance: Continuously improve and maintain existing solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
